When performing a search for Teranet connect you are required to confirm your password. If you are getting an error that your Teranet account is locked you will be required to unlock the account by answering the security questions you set up with Teranet upon registration. You may do this by visiting my.teranetconnect.ca . You will then be prompted to reset your Teranet Password.
Once you have successfully changed your password revisit Quintalink. Go to your account settings by hovering over you initials in the top right corner. Enter your new password for your new password to autofill for future searches.
