How to generate the letter to the Tax Department notifying of ownership change?

We recently released an enhancement regarding the tax departments to ensure that your letters are properly addressed based on your property's municipality.

To produce follow the provided steps below.

1. Click into your "Property" tab

2. Select "Compliance Searches"

3. Select "+ Search"

4. Select "Tax Department" and Add

5. Search for the required department. (If you do not find the municipality you are looking for, add it into the system and it will be added into your database for all future transactions)

6. Generate the tax letter from either the Compliance Searches, or your documents tab.
