How to enter a party in as an offeror - Not registered on title

In the party's tab if you need to enter a party that has signed the agreement of purchase and sale, and will not be going on title, you will enter them into the buyer tab as a party to the transaction. You will then toggle off the "Register on Title".

This will allow the system to recognize that they are a party to the transaction, however do not hold an interest in the title. Making them an offeror to the transaction.
