When a document is initially produced you may notice you are able to make a change the first time it opens, and are wondering why you may not be able to make a change on an already produced document later.
Many of times we find that users are downloading the document in order to open it up. When selecting the "download" button, this will download your document out of the internet causing there to be a disconnect from Quintalink itself.
In order to make a change in a document and have this change saved back into the file, select the document name to open it up.
Once you make your change to the document you can then save and exit the document for the change to take affect in the file.
