How to Open a New file when it is a Builder’s Transaction

When opening a new Purchase file that is a builder transaction you should complete the file opening page as normal. However, you must select the “New Build” toggle in order to get the necessary fields to populate to complete the transaction. 

In the event you have opened a new purchase file and forgot to toggle the “New Build” on you can go back to the General Tab and click it on at any time.
