Forgot password
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login to the program.
From the login page, select "Forgot my password"
You will then enter in the email address you use to login to your account.
Once you have entered in your email, select to "Reset my password"
You will then receive an email to the address you entered in the forgot my password screen (your username) from no-reply@quintalink.ca
The email will provide a link that you will click, for you to follow to set up a new password.
Unlock Account
If you receive a message that "Your Account is Locked" upon login, you should receive an email sent to your username email automatically to unlock your account from no-reply@quintalink.ca.
If you do not receive this email, you can prompt a resend by using the "Resend Unlock Instructions" on the login page of your Quintalink account.
Once you receive the email, select the link to "Unlock my account"
This will redirect you to the login page for Quintalink, at which time you may decide to reset your password with the "Forgot my password" link or try again with the existing password.
Resetting your password while logged in
If you are logged in to your account and you wish to change your password you will do this through your account settings.
Hover over your initials in the top right corner
Select "Account Settings"
There will be 2 text boxes for you to enter in your new password and a confirmation box.
Once you have entered these in, select "Save" at the bottom
*Note - do not select "Send reset password email" This button is for sending the forgot your password link to another user that is not yourself, specifically if you are looking to reuse an account.
