    Hi Maryana. 

    Yes! As long as the clerk is a user in your account, you can absolutely assign a task to them in the checklist. Any user in your account will be accessible through the drop down menu of each individual task. You even have the ability to bulk assign tasks, if the clerk is going to be taking on each task in your checklist.

    Where my clerk can see all the assigned tasks for a specific day, without going into each file separately?

    At this time the checklist is only visible in the files. It is on our roadmap to have the tasks link to the calendar.

    In that case I want that all the tasks in all the files that I open will be assigned to me only. I don't want every time when I open a file go separately into the checklist and make bulk change.
