Our current and first file is in Haldimand County which was in the drop down list for the jurasdictions, but when we prepped the letter to notify the tax department the address did not populate in the letter.  Is there some where you can add or request changes to jurasdictions???

  Hello Marcia,

  Thank you for your question.

  To enter the information for the tax department you will need to add "Haldimand County" in as a tax department in the compliances searches section of the property tab. By hitting the +add button in the top right corner and select "Tax Department" from the drop down.

  This will pull in the address for service for the tax department.
